This is how it works:

  • Step 1: Before confirming your reservation, please send me an email (info@theluxurytravelexpert.com) with your preferred travel dates, the number of guests traveling, and the ages of any children who will be joining you. I will then personally introduce you by email to the Soneva team, who will assist with arranging your stay.
  • Step 2: After the introduction, the Soneva reservations team will provide the best available rates or the most suitable package options based on your preferred travel dates. History of the Soneva Hotel Group

The story of Soneva began in 1995, when Indian-British hotelier Sonu Shivdasani and his wife, Swedish fashion model Eva Malmström, transformed the deserted island of Kunfunadhoo in the Maldives into what would become one of the world’s most celebrated luxury resorts: Soneva Fushi. Inspired by their shared passion for nature, sustainability, and elegant simplicity, the couple created a resort unlike anything that existed at the time. Eva personally designed and furnished the villas, introducing a style that blended natural materials, understated sophistication, and a deep connection with the surrounding environment.
