Nusa Cana Rum
Nusa Caña‘s rums are a fusion of the forgotten story of Indonesian rum and the modern energy of Bali. The heart of the Nusa Caña blend is made using traditional Indonesian rum (Batavia Arrack) production methods; Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast are fermented and distilled slowly in antique pot stills before resting in large Javanese teak wood barrels. This powerful tasting heart is then blended with column still aged rum, offering a taste of familiarity for today‘s consumer whilst letting the flavours of Indonesian rum shine.
Nusa Caña Tropical Island Rum

For over three centuries, sailors were given a ration of rum every day, known as the Black Tot. The Royal Navy continued this right up until 31 July 1970.
