Exclusively available throughout February, the Aurora Rubra is inspired by two quintessential elements of Italian terroir—premium vodka from Puglia and succulent blood oranges from Sicily.
Deep crimson in colour, thanks to luscious blood orange juice, the Aurora Rubra evokes fiery sunrises over Mount Etna, while its sweet-tart flavour delivers vibrant complexity. Italian vermouth, Mancino Sakura, adds herbal and floral notes, celebrating Italy’s rich traditions. A touch of Japanese sake brings balance and elegance with its smooth, umami-rich character, while a splash of Spanish sherry nods to the shared Mediterranean heritage with nutty depth and subtle salinity.
