Dining

The Four Seasons Madrid is securing its position as the capital’s newest dining destination with the opening of its rooftop restaurant, simply called Dani.

Dani – with a spectacular rooftop setting

The creation of Spanish, and proudly Andalusian, celebrity chef, Dani Garcia, this casually elegant, yet also dynamic brasserie, combines his Michelin-starred speciality dishes with traditional Andalusian cuisine, which is the signature style that has won him a raft of accolades, as well as his three Michelin stars.

The menu, like the atmosphere, is lively, easygoing and welcoming, and diners have the enviable enjoyment of stunning rooftop views across Madrid while tasting Dani’s signature ‘Masterdish’ – Nitro Tomato and Green Gazpacho, or the bluefin tuna from Cádiz.

Other dining options include Isa the hotel’s informal gastro bar which specialises in delicious Asian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, as well as exquisite cocktails that demonstrate the best of modern mixology. El Patio is a place to meet friends or business associates, or even a quiet place to work. Its menu offers chic classics mixed with traditional local dishes, including cakes and pastries. An in-room dining menu is available all day, every day. Guests can even request that a private dining area is set up in their room, order breakfast in bed, or have a midnight feast.

Rooms & Suites

The Four Seasons Madrid offers three levels of accommodation: guest rooms, suites and speciality suites. Styled in subtle tones with carefully selected accents of colour, they provide a feeling of tranquillity and peaceful retreat, somewhere that guests can unwind during their stay in this energetic city. The styling is a combination of the classical, reflecting the buildings’ heritage, with chic modern notes that create an ambience of comfort and sophistication.

The suites are ideal for business travellers or families on vacation, offering additional space, as well as sofabeds, should added sleeping space be required. The premium, speciality suites are perfect for an extended stay, as they have separate living and sleeping areas. Two of these suites can accommodate five guests, including up to four children – perfect for a family break in Madrid.

Wellness

The Four Seasons Madrid also has a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool and spa where guests can unwind. The comprehensive spa menu includes a Four Seasons favourite – the City 360 – a complete body and facial treatment with a customised body wrap and enzymatic peel to give an instant glow effect all over, as as well as a range of body and skincare rituals, manicures and pedicures.
